Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 7/8/2014(UTC) Posts: 1		My side by side refrigerator and freezer aren't cold at all. We cleaned off the coils and still not cool. The lights are all on and you can hear the fans working. CouLd it be the thermostat or compressor? Model # is 10658972700

You have to find out if the compressor is running. You can usually hear it but also should be able to feel it vibrating. If it is not on then it could be a control or a start devive problem. If it is on then it is probably a sealed system problem.
