Just bought this house that was built in 1999. Not sure how old the dishwasher is. It's a whirlpool gold silent partner III.
Last night I started a cycle. Walked away, and when I came back all the lights were off. The dishes looked to be rinsed but the little soap brick was still intact.

Now nothing works. No lights come on at all.

I Tried unplugging, pulling the panel off and checking the ribbon. Everything looks fine. I need help.

Why does everyone else receive help but I'm left for 3 weeks to fend for myself?
Where are the master appliance technicians?

I cannot give you a reason.
Could be that when you posted it was a busy time on the forum so we were scrambling to answer questions.
Your post did not include a model number so may have been passed over.

Again I cannot say.
It is summer so some of us are off to the cabin etc.
At least that is my situation.

Note: that I do not consider myself a "master appliance technicians"
I am just a guy trying to help out a few people.

FYI: This forum is manned mostly by volunteers.
Currently there are only 4 of us that are on the forum just about every day with a few others coming on once in a while.
If the forum is busy then we have problems keeping up.

Add a model number and I will try to help or at least respond to you.
