My GE refrigerator is not cooling on either side. Had contractor installing floor while out of the house, they moved it and put it back. Since then it hasn't been working. The switches are set to max, but does not cool. There is not frost or ice build up inside. I pulled the plug for about 15 minutes and when I plugged it back in the fan did not come on, neither did the compressor. As I was cleaning the coils I touched the compressor and it was extremely hot. The insulated copper tube running in front of the fan coil unit was cold and sweating during this process. The lights, panel and ice maker work.

Feel the compressor, if hot and vibrating, you have sealed system problems.
