No water entering dishwasher, do not have a manual which is making things difficult.

The first thing I would check is the push button switch on the control panel.

Remove the inner door panel and check for burned wires or terminals on the switch. Also check if all buttons move freely.

The wires look fine and the buttons move freely. I don't believe the float switch or water valve is getting power.

Remove the float dome (#302 on the #2 break down diagram) and make sure the float is not stuck in the upper position.

Remove the bottom panel. Check the float switch for continuity.Replace if it's open.

Remove the plug from the water inlet valve and check for 120V. If there is no 120V play with push buttons on the control panel while monitoring the power to the water valve.

Post your findings.

Everything checks out except the 120v at the water inlet valve. After multiple tests, I got one reading of 120v while playing with the timer but it was short lived. I received a flash of 1-30v while pressing and releasing the switch interlock (#803 section 3). Also the solenoid assembly appears to be making a lot of noise periodically throughout the cycles.

In such situation, most likely the problem is a bad timer.
Check the timer plug before replacing the timer.

The solenoid should energize every time when the timer calls for the drain.

Funny that you mention the timer, I replaced it before our conversation began believing this was the problem. It could be possible the new timer could be faulty too. The plug looks good, no visible corrosion.

By the way, did you latch the door when you checked the power to the water valve?

I'm confused because I do not believe in a bad timer. Based on what I can recall from my memory, in all such cases the problem was a push button switch on the control panel.

Remove the bottom panel and check for an envelope with the wiring diagram under the tub on the right side (between the tub and the metal shield, about 10" to 25" from the front).

If there is one, check the push button switch for continuity according to the wiring diagram.
