I have a ge microwave model jvm1540dn1bb its about 6 years old. I tried unplugging and replugging to reset it at first it worked asking to press clock etc etc then later the pad quit responding to anything and scrolled a message that the keypad may be shorted. is there anything I can do to check and/or fix the problem?
