Hi;
I'm looking for a shelf support stud for my KitchenAid Refrigerator KSRS25KGWH01. The online diagram shows a Right hand 'Shelf support stud' for the refrigerator Crisper shelf as being part AP3086116.
But, the picture shows it as a stud with a center screw. The one that broke off looks like it was an 'old' twist-in type as seen in the video.
Does the screw-in type replace the twist-type when you replace it? Or do I need a twist type replacement part? (The screw type looks like it might not grab into the hole left by removing the old twist-in stud, but that's just a guess on my part)
The video shows the installer using a kit AP3109339/4388538 which is much more expensive, and includes a screw and twist type stud. The picture makes the twist type stud look Ivory rather than white though...
So, what part number do I actually need to replace the existing broken twist-type stud? Is the one shown in the parts diagram (AP3086116/2196483) really correct as a replacement for a twist stud?
Thanks;

I cannot say which stud you need.
If you go to the AppliancePartsPros site and then go to Browse Parts/Refrigerator Parts and search using "shelf stud", you should be able to find it.
Page 3 does have a push-in type stud by itself. To check the size each square is one inch.
Page 2 shows the kit you refer to and also another kit. In this kit they have a push-in insert and then the screw type stud screws into it.
