When cycle completes, there is an inch of water in bottom and dishes are not clean with soap spotting. Only way to evacuate water is to run CANCEL/DRAIN function prior to new load. Have checked drain line for restriction-none.
I gravitate towards rebuilding pump if all controller sequencing is time based then it stands to reason if pump efficiency is off it will empty slower.
Could it be a controller issue?
How can I troubleshoot?

Your model number is incomplete.
Kenmore numbers are usually 3 digits, a period and then an additional 8 digits.
