The temerature in the freezer is just below 30 degrees, the fan is not running.
I found a youtube video where a guy with the same problem pressed a test button on the control board. I did the same, the fan is working in test mode. The guy also checked resistance of temperature sensors and voltage on the fan connector (they were OK), I didn't have probes thin enough to do it. The guy replaced the board to fix the problem.
Is there anything else I could check?

I replaced the control board - it didn't help. What should I do next?
