The dryer stopped before the load was done. The next day it started again, but stopped in the middle of the second load. Now it won't start at all and makes no noise. I looked up how to test for continuity on fuses and switches and checked everything and all seems fine.

Steps taken:
- switched breaker on/off a couple times
- checked thermal limiter with Multimeter with wires detached, reads 0
- checked high limit thermostat with Multimeter with wires detached, reads 0
- checked door switch with multimeter with wires detached, reads 0
- checked rotating start switch with multimeter with wires detached , reads 0
- cleaned all lint from behind the lint trap

Any ideas what's going on? I'm not an expert at this electrical stuff, so explaining like I'm 5 would be great :)

Here are your parts
Parts for Frigidaire GLEQ332AS2 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for a wiring diagram.

Since flipping the breaker off/on slowly a couple times did nothing I would check the power with a meter.
For your problem it is the L1 to Neutral voltage that is important.
Check the voltage at the plug
L1 to L2 should be 240 volts
L1 to Neutral and L2 to Neutral, both should be 120 volts.
If OK
Unplug the unit and check the wires at the terminal strip in the machine to make sure none are loose or burned out
If OK
Check the power at the terminal strip.
Do this with the heater off and on.
Be careful as 240 volts is lethal !!!

If the power is OK then I will walk you through how to check the start circuit.
File Attachment(s):
GLEQ332.pdf (532kb) downloaded 2 time(s).

Thanks for the info denman, as I'm just a renter, I thought maybe I could figure it out and save the owner a few bucks, but I don't know how comfortable I am poking around the outlet. I should probably call in a pro at this point. Thanks again!

You are welcome.

Yes, if you do not feel comfortable messing with live wires then get a pro in.
A dryer is definitely not a good unit to learn about electricity, it has 240 in it which is very dangerous.
