My dryer has partially stopped working. If I turn my dryer on the high heat setting past less dry it does not power on. If I put it on less dry high heat it powers and tub turns but I get no heat. My dryer will not power what so ever on the timed high heat cycle. HOWEVER if I put my dryer on low heat my dryer does turn on but I get no heat as well. We have tested the power to the Dryer, getting 240. We have used Ohm meter and everything reads at 0. We did replace the cycle thermostat near the thermal fuse. And still nothing. We took out the heat element and nothing looks broken. Ohm meter is reading 0. I am absolutely perplexed. I really need help and dont want to waste money i just dont have right now on repairmen and unnecessary parts that are not broke. I have watched so many youtube videos and im beyond frustrated. Can anybody help???

You at least have a faulty timer. The heat coil should read between 7 to 12 ohms across the terminals and open (infinity) between terminals to metal case.
