i have a oven that when turn on work's fine. the problem is can't turn off unless unpluged from power. how do i know what part to change.

It sounds like the power board would be at the top of the list, see Page 4-7.
You have to narrow down the symptoms, what is staying on etc.

Could be a relay is sticking closed on the power board but note that it could also be that the control board is holding the relay closed, so you have to figure out which it is to order the correct part.

Run the diagnostics, perhaps it will help you narrow it down,
