I live in South Africa and couldn't dentist the brand from your list

I have a Mercury side by side refrigerator and freezer, working Ok and calling both fridge and freezer BUT

There is an insulated pipe which runs out the back of the fridge and down to the fridge compressor. This is wet from where it exits and appears to be as such down all or part of the length of the pipe. shortly before it runs into the compressor it is frosting up layer upon layer

Water is leaking directly off the pipe and onto the floor

I have defrosted completely but to no avail. One hour on and the pipe is frosting up again and pipe wet

Any help would be appreciated

Check for a lint clogged condenser under the fridg.
If ok, post the freezer and frig. temperatures
