Helping a buddy and I'm just trying to confirm that the part I need to replace is actually the timer on this washer. It seems like it to me but wanting to make sure somebody doesn't think of something else. It runs just fine except that the timer never counts down. The burner turns on and off normally and it dries great except that the timer never moves. It'll run for 2 hours just fine unless you open the door. That's gotta be the timer right?

If it won't advance in both timed dry and auto dry cycles, then yes, timer is bad.
