Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/5/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		The hose which goes from the valve on the bottom of the unit to the top of the refrig "blew off". I put it back on and tighten the clamp but it still leaks. the tube inside the freezer to the ice maker looks like it's frozen, not allowing water to pass into the trough of the ice maker. I don't think there should be pressure up there correct? Ducman

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,363		Correct, your water inlet valve is leaking and the slow drip is freezing in your ice makers inlet tube thus stopping it up. Disconnect the water line coming out of the water inlet valve to verify it's leaking. If so clean or replace the valve. Part 14 here.
