Gentlemen:

I rec'd. a substitute part ice maker from your company. It was easy to install:).
But it is not working properly. It is making small ice cubes and they are getting stuck in the eject process and freezing there. Then about 2 to 3 hours later they eject (spring free of unit) when they get freeze dried and shoot all over the freezer.

We need some help here, please respond asap ! thanks Susan chiunti.

If I do not here from you within 6 hours, we will put the charge to our card in dispute and return the ice maker.

Is the size of the ice cubes the problem?
The size of the cube is determined by the amount of water going into the ice mold. If your ice maker has a plastic end cover you can remove it and possibly find an adjustment for the water. It will have a (-) and a (+) to tell which way to turn it. If that doesn't help your water supply could have low pressure or the water inlet valve could be partially stopped up.

Post the correct model number of your refrigerator and someone on this all volunteer help site may be able to give more help. Model Number Locator
