At time the walls feel cool but the fan is not running and other times the walls are not cool at all. Can you help? Carol K

Carol K It will kick in sometimes-Are you talking about the compressor kicks in sometimes and on these times the walls feel cool. Are you talking about the fan near the compressor not running. The compressor is under the fridge/freezer accessed behind the cover on the back.
