I have a whirlpool gold quiet partner III that is now unresponsive and is about 10 years old. It started last fall about 5 months ago when the drain pump would not stop running even when the unit was not in use. I had to use the breaker to completely shut it off. Our christmas present for ourselves was to buy a new board to fix the unit as it was burnt pretty badly when i opened it up (P3-P6 was burnt up mainly P6 which was melted.) after replacing the board and thermal fuse nothing comes on. i can run it in diagnostic mode and it will light up and run for a few minutes then shut off again with no response from the buttons with the exception of the diagnostic mode. here is what i have done in order.

replaced board
replaced fuse and wires
tested continuity of the latch micro switches and fuse
i have power 120 to P7 & P8
