the bottom baking element was not getting hot at all so I ordered a new bottom baking element and its still not getting hot,what else could be my problem????:mad:

I am assuming that the broil element works during preheat.
And That the unit either stays in preheat or takes a long time to come ready.

Unplug the unit and remove the rear cover and check the wiring to the bake element.
If OK then odds are that the4 control board (item 7 in section 02) is bad.

It would not be a bad idea to check the new element with a meter.
It is not unheard of to get a bad replacement element.
