I have a GE double wall oven (JTP45W0D1WW) and the baking element blew out in the top oven. I picked up a new element but I'm having trouble removing the old one. The connectors don't just pull off like I've seen in some how-to videos. Does anyone know how to remove these connectors? I've included a pic as an attachment. Thanks, Joe jrossano attached the following image(s):

Ah, they do just pull off - once you take a pair of needle-nose pliers to them! :)
