I have an old Magic Chef Chateau stove/oven (stove below and oven on top) that was made in early 1970s. The oven has a bad thermocouple. I need to find the Model # of the unit to be able to get the thermocouple but I cannot find the model # for the oven anywhere. I looked in all the places I have been told to look but cannot find it ie: under stove lid, around oven door, inside oven, outside oven etc. to no avail. Can anybody help me find the units model # so I can reference it to get a new thermocouple? Thank you

You could just Google "magic chef chateau " to see if you can come up with some model numbers. Then come back to the AppliancePartsPros site and look them up to see if the unit/s look the same as yours. This of coarse is a bit of a gamble.
You could pull the thermocouple (I am assuming you mean the control thermostat) to see if there is a manufactures part number on it and then look that up. |

I actually have the same stove! The model number is Z320-5EHKPW. I looked through the manual and it says "the model number is located on nameplate attached to range under surface burners". Good luck! Hope this helps.
