hi everyone; this past week the machine didn't clean a normal load. I usually rinse my dishes to help the machine out. The cups were terribly caked on and that got my attention. At the end of that run the Sanitize light was flashing.

Yesterday I ran it again, with less dishes. I did notice (and not sure when it runs)but the top arm didn't go around until the end of the cycle) the dishes seem ok, i checked the glasses, they were clean but again the sanitize light was flashing. anyone have any suggestions? is this a problem in the making? very disappointed as the warranty is now over and we didn't buy an extended warranty. My last dishwasher lasted me 20 years (Kenmore)
