I have acquired a "second hand" dryer (220v electric whirlpool clean touch). It came with the electrical chord, but no terminal screws....

Does anyone know the thread pitch and screw size for these things? I really don't want to have to drive a self tapping screw through them, but I will if I have to. They want some $45 for a "terminal block kit" when I only need 3 screws...

Thank you!

Here are your parts

Unfortunately I do not know the screw size.
With luck someone else will jump in who does.

Take a look at section 2 of the parts, there is a screw kit available.
The Q&A says that they are an odd size so I do not know if taking the terminal block to a local hardware store will help you find the right size locally.

Another option would be to connect it using wire nuts.
I would use the type that have the brass connector that has a screw which tightens down onto the wires. Then the black bakelite/hard plastic cover screws onto this to insulate the connection.
You may have to zip tie the wires to something in the dryer so that do not rub on any sharp surfaces or vibrate around too much.
