I have an LG front load washer that has been throwing a bunch of OE codes. First time I pulled it apart, I put 120v directly to the motor and the motor ran fine. I've checked and cleaned the filter multiple times and made sure nothing is stuck in the pump impeller. Reading the answers under the parts section, it said that if all of these things are good to replace the pcb. I just replaced the pcb, took the drum apart and cleaned all the build up out. It ran great for several days and I'm right back where I was with the OE fault. I don't want to throw any more money at this thing if it isn't going to fix it.
Does the thermistor have anything to do with water level sensing? When the pump does come on and it drains, it runs in bursts. The pump will drain for a little bit, stop, drain again, etc. Is the drain process purely time based from the pcb?

Is there a capacitor on the pump motor that could be causing the pump motor to intermittently start?
Anyone?
