**I completely thawed out the freezer so the evap coils have no frost on them**

***FRIDGE IS FROM YEAR 2000****

My freezer/fridge seemed to be abnormally warm the other day so I need some help!

Noticeable:
1) Evap fan will turn on for a brief time maybe 30seconds after I plug the fridge on. Hard to tell if it comes on again but it's never on when I open the door.
2) Fan on the bottom rear of the fridge is on
3) Compressor is warm and vibrates when I put my hand on the top of it.
4) Coils were vacuumed and are now dust free
5) Have not been able to test defrost thermostat
6) Defrost heater is not on
7) Coils only show sign of frost on the rear right side of the first set of coils (see pictures in links)
8) The rest of the coils are somewhat cold but no where near feezing
