Our ice making quit making ice. The trays are empty and water isn't filling them back up. The water tube doesn't appear to be froze. I have dumped water into the trays trying to reengage it but it doesn't seem to be doing the trick. The freezer works fine. The chill water work fine. Any thoughts?? Thanks in advance.

Try swapping the wires on the dual water inlet valve. Then try the water dispenser. The water should go to the ice maker. This will tell you weather or not the ice maker valve is working and if the line is clear

The water hasn't fill up the ice maker, yet. I'll let it run for awhile and let you know how things go. Sorry, I'm not sure where I got the other model #, but the correct model # is the one listed below. It's not the first part I have replaced on the refig. Thanks in advance Woodchuckie!! Is this telling me that the value is bad?? How can I check the water line to make sure it's not froze up??

I pulled the water tube out through the back of the unit and it's not froze up. I used woodcuckie idea to switch the connection and was able to fill the ice cude tray using the chilled water button. I switched them back after the ice dumped. It filled "some" water back in the the ice tray, but didn't fill ice tray completely.
