I believe it is the door switch unit, not sure? I could use some help, also need directions on replacing door switch unit. Regards, mike28086

By the manufacturer instructions it has to be replaced together with the cycling thermostat (#7). Also make sure the exhaust line is clean all the way to the outlet and the air ducts inside the dryer are clean as well as the blower housing. - The part number for the thermal fuse is AP3133489 - The part number for the cycling thermostat is AP3131939 Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KEYS777EQ0 \| AppliancePartsPros.com Gene.
