I don't know what happened was working fine then next cycle just started filling and will stop, it will agitate but will not drain either. Right now I have a washer half full of water and we all know what will happen if I open the door, PLEASE HELP

Don't open the door if there is that much water in it. It is likely locked, anyway. Can you hear the drain pump running when it should be pumping out, even if it doesn't? Also, with the water filling, are you saying that it just keeps filling up and will not stop unless you shut the machine off?

i can actually open the door if i wanted to but it floods my floor. yes it just keeps filling. I bought this model for water saving so normal cycle it fills a little spins fills spins opposite and so on then drains and repeats but when i turn it on it just keeps filling but without power it wont fill so i assume valve is not stuck but also will not drain im thinking some kind sensor but I don't know where to even start it just seems like 2 different problems

If you remove the top of the machine, you will see the pressure switch mounted near the top of the machine. It will have a very small hose attached to it (or should have). If you remove that hose and blow through it, does air easily pass through that hose? The model number is behind the door, so once I get that I can get you more specific information.

Yes, you will need to remove the dryer to get the top off. The model is not coming up, I have tried it several ways. The model tag is inside the door, I believe.

ok i gained access the is one black tube on the right side coming up from bottom i blew in it and it made bubbles inside the water thats in the drum. there is what seems to be a valve on that side machine that has a stub where an air line valve would go though should it be hooked up? i tried it and still washer just keeps getting full

If that hose came off, the switch will think the tub is empty, so you will need to get the water out, then take the tube back off so the pressure is equal. Then, with all the water out, place that tube back to the pressure switch. What happens then?

That is correct. You should be able to start just a spin cycle to pump the water out. Then replace that hose back to the switch and see what happens.
