I am running a full cycle now, and the dial is moving very fast drum is tumbling through each faze, and the pump is working well. No spin at all in each faze of cycle. Cycle complete in under 7 min.I cannot open the door at this time.

That is really odd because the timer motor should only move at one speed!? It is simply a 120 VAC motor....it only has one speed. I will have to research this a bit, pretty weird behavior.

The delayed opening indicates it is working, no worries.

Good news, but where do i go to get the cycle to be of normal duration, and to spin? Are we looking at a bad timer switch perhaps?

I suspect the timer is indeed at fault with the fast cycling, I am not sure what else would cause that because the motor is a one speed motor. If you just replaced it, it should be under warranty still.

That seems to be the right choice. I assume that would be the cause of a "no spin" problem as well. I will call the parts supplier in the morning. Thank you for all your time!!!You Are 'The Appliance Ninja"
