Title says it all. NEXXT 300 SERIES. Where do I start? Something I can repair?:(

In the lower right front corner of the front panel is a small door that has the drain pump filter behind it. Remove that door and you will see a small black rubber hose. Use that hose to drain the water into a bucket until no more drains out of it. Then, unscrew the pump filter and clean it out. Let me know what you find in the filter. That is most likely to be what is causing your poor drainage.

When it drains the water out, does it pump out fast with pretty good pressure? If you run it through a second spin cycle, will it spin fast and get the clothes dry?

keeps doing same thing never getting up to full speed spin

I suspect the door lock may have issues, but I cannot locate the technical information for that model to instruct you in running the service mode. There may be a tech sheet in the control panel if you are so inclined to access it for inspection.
