Whenever I try to run the washing machine, the door locks and then makes a weird noise and gives an F11 error code. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. Also, tried unplugging the wires that go to the CCU and the MCU and replugging them. Still getting F11. I don't know what to do next, or what part to try to replace first. Also, when it originally started, it blew a fuse at the fuse panel.

The F11 error code means that the controls are unable to communicate with each other. Most often times this is caused by poor connections, but since you have reset all of the connectors and also have other symptoms, I suspect your Motor Control Unit may be faulty. That is the board mounted to the base of the machine, under the tub. Can you remove that board and carefully inspect it for any visible signs of trouble, like burn marks or discoloration from heat? If you find it to be damaged, the correct one for your model is available below. Let me know what you find.
