The control would illuminate even if the door lock was faulty. Do you have a meter to test voltage with?

We need to check the incoming voltage to the control. The power comes in to a filter board then out to the main control. Is there power at the main control?

Yes there is power and I don't see any burnt spots on the main control board.. Although I have not removed it to look at the under side of the board yet.. but when I get home I will.. I am just confused on why there is no power but power all the way to the board.. hence y I was asking about door switch the one thing I have not check to this point.. When I get home from work I will remove the board and look at it..

If you have power to the control and it is still dead, the control is faulty. I will need the serial number to get you the correct part number.
