The microwave light works when I switch on the microwave but it does not heat and the turnable does not turn. But while its running if I slightly depress the switch that opens the microwave door then it works fine, I just have to keep holding that switch for the entire time.
What part do I need to fix the problem . The last time I had a similar problem the technician replaced the secondary switch. How do I open the front panel.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Moist likely the problem is a bad secondary interlock switch again (#576 on the diagram). Remove the trim (#206 on the diagram) and check for the two screws on the bottom of the control panel. Try to remove those screws and the control panel. If it would not work then the microwave has to be removed from the oven cabinet. Look for a scorched wires and/or discolored terminals on both switches. If you would like you can replace both of them - it would not make it worse.
