It is located on the back of the refrigerator cabinet and is accessed by removing the rectangular cover.The board is not really difficult to replace, all connectors unplug and plug in and it comes with instructions. I don't mind trying it out my only concern is, it doesn't work even after replacing it ... is there an option to send it back and get a refund.

Freezer side cooling ok and fan is not running constantly. Any thoughts or advice ... if I still need to go ahead and change the control board .. or should I just watch and see. Thanks.

Did its taking complete voltage so then check the door it may be opened all night.It generally shows a problem related to compressor.New french door refrigerators are energy effecient and high in quality.
