For the most part I start the machine and go to bed. The next morning the machine is in the paused state. I open and close the door the machine continues on like nothing happened and runs the remainder of the cycle. When it happens the green indicator lights on the door panel remain on and steady. This happens on I believe any cycle. We use the Normal with Sani rinse for the most part due to the extra heat in the rinse cycle seams to aid the drying cycle.

Serial number for this machine is FD2019696 Type 577-0

Thanks

It is likely that the door switch is having issues or the door latch is not keeping the door closed during the cycle. When you see it has stopped, do you know if the door is still tightly latched or have you noticed?

I have not noticed. It seems to be closed tight but I truly don't know. Along the same line I was having trouble a while back with it not starting at all and I adjusted the micro switch which seems to have cured that problem.

Is it the heat of the hot water in the unit that is making it change? Is there a door adjustment?

Thanks

There really is no door adjustment. You can carefully and very slightly bend the strike that actuates the door switch down just a bit, but I doubt it will help. I suspect that door switch will need to be replaced. It is available at the link below.
