I have a top load Kenmore machine that is extremely noisy and unstable when spinning, it appears that the drum is loose. Its not an uneven load and it appears that all the suspension rods are in place, Any ideas ? Is it worth repairing?

Does the entire tub assembly seem loose or just the inner spin tub? Does it sound like a loud growl when spinning?

The entire assembly seems loose not just the inner drum. Its more like a knocking noise and the machine walks .seems like assembly is off center or come loose

And you are certain that the suspension rods are in place and the legs are adjusted properly so the base is stable on the floor?
