Received new support,nothing like old one.Old one had a screw on both ends.The new one has no screws.How do you install it?

They said no longer make one like old one that one they sent was repalcement for that

Dear madill35,
What I would like to do is check with the manufacturer to ensure what your receiving is correct or if they made changes. If they have I will see if they can provide us with instructions or what needs to be done to install it.
However they will ask me to have you look on your stove and provide the serial numbers.
Do you mind rechecking the model off the stove itself also? Just in case. I want to be thorough.
I have seen at times where it is different than what is on the paperwork that comes with the stove.
