If the control is not responsive at all, the touch panel may be bad or the control if it is an integrated control. May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information? The tag is likely behind the lower drawer, usually on the LH side.

I am not sure it is not on the range and my book doesn't show a model # that I can find. WFG361LVQ 273, or maybe W10196153B.

Perfect, thank you! That uses an integrated control, so if you turn the breaker off for 5 minutes and back on and it still won't work, the oven control will need to be replaced. The correct control for your model is available below. It is accessed by removing the access panel from the back of the range. The control simply unplugs and plugs in, making for a very easy repair.
