Bought a Viking 30" at an Estate Sale and movers broke off the valve for the oven/broiler knob. Moving company will pay for repair, but appliance repair company said they can't help if I don't have model and serial number. The oven doesn't have one where it should be. Both the moving company owner and I inspected the unit's back panel, inside oven etc. for one. Help!!!!

I asked appliance repair person if they couldn't identify the stove age range and model type by the design like experts do Mustangs. But, the person said they work on too many different models of ovens to do that.

Anyone here have some advice?
Here is the oven.

The model tag is under the top burners. You will need to remove the grates and the drip pans to access it. They are usually on the LH side, facing from the front.
