the ice maker works great the ice bucket on the end where the water comes into the ice maker has big clumps of ice. like the water is leaking into the bucket

When the fill tube freezes, it is usually caused by a leaking water valve. May I please have your model number so I am able to provide you with accurate, model specific information?

# FRS20ZRG box that the ice falls into has big clumps of ice right under with the water comes into the ice maker. The ice maker well still make ice kind of like it is over filling or the water is not shutting off all the way
