Machine stops during the wash cycle and the lid will not unlock. Laundry in the tub is still very wet, water level is quite low, still some soap suds in the drum. Found troubleshooting guide in upper console and first step claims that if you turn it off and lid lock does not release within four minutes motor control is bad or disconnected. Is motor control part of the circuit card in console or is it somewhere else? What do I have to do to access this board for the motor control board output test?
