My daughters machine will run perfectly through the cycles and will drain. At the point spin it appears to go into the spin mode but does not move. After a period of time it advances to the end of cycle and unlocks the lid as if it has actually spun as it should have.

I am finding thru this foum that this machine is not very trustworthy as I have already had to secure the pully twice.

Any ideas as to test etc. would be appreciated

I had similar problem, replaced the Shift Actuator, a 50.00 part, took care of my problem with spin cycle, easy repair

Take that pulley nut off and apply some Loctite blue 242 threadlocker to the shaft threads and retighten nut. There should be a tech sheet up inside the front of the cabinet. It will tell you how to put washer in service mode to check for fault codes and do various tests. The shift actuator is a very high failure item in these washers and may very well be the problem.

After changing out the actuator I know have a leak, appears to be coming from pulley under basket- hub seal?, I don't think I could have caused anything by changing actuator.

This washer is around three years old, I'm thinking it's a piece of s***
