Spins slowly but doesn't speed up. I believe a sensor is the problem. Is the control board the sensor?
Thanks

This model has two board, a main control unit and a motor control or speed unit. Obviously the motor control board is the likely suspect, but look inside the lower service panel for some tech notes that will tell you how to test it and how to put the machine into a diagnostic mode.

This model has a good set of built in diagnostics, but sometimes you may not be able to get a reading. In that case you may want to replace the motor board on speculation, but if you buy from this site and that is not the problem you can return the part.

Thank you, I'm having trouble locating the Motor Control in the machine.
"Look inside the lower service panel" I'm not seeing a service panel besides the panel directly behind the drum. The schematic does not indicate its location in the machine. This unit has the attached bottom storage drawer, this shouldn't need to come off should it? Is the service panel the bottom front of the machine?
