What is it not doing?

Have you cleaned checked your vent system?

What have you done so far to troubleshoot this.

Check your exhaust temperature. The temperature should get to around 155 degrees F. This is the shut off point of the control thermostat. It closes at 130 degrees F.

If you're an avid person that uses liquid fabric softener/certain type of detergents will get on the moisture sensor bars clean them with sandpaper or a wire brush they get residue on them from the softeners and detergents sometimes that affect the dry times of the moisture sensing circuits as well.
