Well it is really loud and squeals ... It will run for a few minutes and makes a awful sound then stops... When I try to turn it back on it won't work.... Sounds like the motor is trying to turn but the drum dosen't move

Here are your parts
Parts for Whirlpool LER4634JQ0 Dryer - AppliancePartsPros.com

Sounds like the motor is overheating. This then trips the motor's internal protect.
You then have to wait till the motor cools down (protect resets) before it will run again.

Could be a drum or a motor problem.

Try turning the drum in the correct direction. It should turn fairly easily. You may want to try this on a couple other dryers just to get a feel for it.

If it is hard turning then the drum is putting too much load on the motor causing it to overheat.

Run your fingers around the inside drum edge to see if something jammed in there. Bra wires are famous for this. Be careful just in case it is something sharp.

If OK you will have to open the unit up to find the problem.
Check the idler wheel, the front drum supports, the rear drum support rollers etc.
Check that there is nothing in the blower.
Check for bearing slop in the motor.
