Our LG dishwasher makes a growling noise, which starts about 2 minutes into the cycle and continues off & on throughout. I've replaced the whole motor/sump assembly and it didn't make a difference. A parts guy told me it sounded like it wasn't getting enough water, and to test it, once it starts growling, open the door & pour a gallon of water in it. If the growling quits, then it isn't getting enough water. I tried it, and sure enough the noise went away and it sounded normal until it needed more water for the next cycle. Adding more water again quieted it down. I then replaced the water valve and water line but that didn't help. I also checked that there was a full water flow through the line & it was fine. I took the valve back, got a different one, still no change. I'm ready to throw it away and never buy an LG product again (their customer service is non-existent) but I hate to give up since I've replaced so much. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Roger
