Without it I cannot be sure that I can find the correct wiring diagram. The ones I did look at had the compressor, the condenser/compressor fan and the evaporator/freezer fan all wired in parallel. So when one is on they all should be on. Since your evaporator fan is running I would say that you have a connector or broken wire problem.
