Looks like a valve in our fridge compressor is bad, so the compressor needs to be replaced. This is for a Sub-Zero 700TC integrated unit. I can purchase a new compressor for $350 less than what I was quoted for the part. How do the appliance repair companies look at clients purchasing their own part(s), especially after being quoted for parts/labor already? If they are ok with it and will install for me should I expect the quote for labor to stay the same?

Thanks for the help!

With customer supplied parts almost all companies will not warranty the work whatsoever even if it breaks down within 24 hours.
