My Frigidaire iceamaker stopped making ice, and from all I read online about it the diagnosis was to purchase and install a new iceamaker (kit - $50, part IM115). The install was easy peasy. But it is still not working! I checked the solenoid and the water line all seems fine. If I manually start the gears it does fill the mold with water, but that's where it stops. I can even start to manually help the gears along when the ice is frozen and ready to flip out. But it won't do this process on its own. It has been a week since I installed it, so plenty of time to freeze and cycle. I have triple checked that the cord (?) is plugged in tight to the back of the fridge. What should I try next to figure this out?
