DCS rgs-305

I am trying to replace the igniter switch on one of my burner. I am so close, but am stuck on one final piece. I was able to remove all the front knobs to remove the front panel. There is this small black D clip that is in front of the igniter switch that is connected to the stem. Not sure how this is suppose to come off. I don't want to break it.

Thanks in advance.

Never mind. They just pop right off with a little force.
