I have a kitchen aid model kudi02irbl1 that will not start a cycle. I am able to select a cycle but when I press start the corresponding led will just continually flash without ever starting a wash cycle. I have checked for continuity on the door switch and the thermal fuse which both checked out ok. It was suggested by your customer service staff to try a control board, then a control panel. I have tried both with no change in the unit. Lastly I found information to run a diagnostic cycle, when I did every led on the unit began flashing simultaneously. The lights continued to flash for an hour until I pressed cancel. The machine still never made any attempt to run.

Thanks,

Rich

Check the connections at your sump pump........Also inspect your whole wire harness throughout unit. If the control panel and main control were good that you bought that pretty much tells everything else to work..........check for wire cracks....burns or something not connected somewhere......More then likely you recieved possibly a bad main board since when you tried diagnostic all the lights would light up that tells me the keypad sounds fine.
